I agree with everything you said. There was always something about BC leadership that didn't seem right with me but couldn't put my finger on it. After watching yesterday's Zoom and all the pre-zoom's we had leading up to this re-launch I think I've figured out that it just seems disingenuous.

Also, am I the only who who absolutely hates the new colors, fonts, and logo?

What didn’t seem right, IMHO, was that the CEO resented having a field that included top leaders who served the hundreds or thousands on their teams but that she ultimately also answered to them (let’s say 100 top leaders). I think it never sat well with her that anyone other than she and her HQ team might have valuable insights on how to do things, and she didn’t have the ability to synthesize feedback and turn it into appropriate action (not saying doing everything asked or pandering - appropriate action to maintain a healthy and positive business). That’s my take.

What more do you see from what you’ve watched? I wasn’t able to be on the last few calls due to other commitments.

I don’t like the weird square in the logo mostly.

You make very good points.

Everything I saw seemed very controlled. They were obviously reading from scripts but trying to make it seem natural. You could tell from eye movement they were reading. It seemed very much like forced excitement. They didn't allow comments/questions/feedback at all. There was nothing said about products that are on the way. I don't like that they are putting old BC product on the site. How long has that been sitting somewhere?

Ultimately, I'll still recommend some of the products just like I did before and continue to be a "consultant" or whatever it is they are calling me now. I use a lot of other clean products and recommend those too and have no idea how their business is run or what their CEO is like and they could be horribly run as well. That goes for most products I use. I guess I'm just caring more about the product than the company at this point whether that is right or wrong. I just don't have the bandwidth to research every company I like products from and whether the company/leadership is good or bad. But she seems very entitled.

The new look doesn't feel luxury to me and at the prices they are charging I think it should. I'm just a visual person though. I love many of the products but just feel the new design looks so generic and yes, that square is weird.

There are a few products I miss that I will order through you if I purchase again. I will have to see what they are offering and if they are on my list of items I am looking for. I thought how things ended could have been handled better.

Hi! I have a few products that I miss from BC but I’m really struggling with supporting this company again. Based on what happened, the business side seems very poorly managed. However, I fully acknowledge I’m an “outsider” (was only a customer and never a consultant). Being closer to the company, have you seen any changes that would lead you to believe they will make better decisions moving forward?

I hear you. For the time being, your purchase would support me a lot, so I do appreciate it if you order what you want. I agree on your points, though, and will keep you/everyone posted on how things go with the behind-the-scenes. I feel like I need to "wait and see" if what they say they are going to do is what truly happens. You're a real one, Leslie <3
